On, 25th February 2021, Mr. Ajmal Fawad, Regional Manager-North, VDMA India made a presentation on "Casting Industry in Germany & Europe" at an interesting session on "Business Opportunities in German Metropolitan Region" organised by Aluminium Casters' Association (ALUCAST) and FrankfurtRheinMain GmbH International Marketing of the Region. There were 70-80 participants from their association.
On Monday, 22nd February 2021, VDMA - India office in the North organised some VDMA member visits for Ms. Nathalie Gminder, First Secretary Industrial Affairs, Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in New Delhi, to understand the progress of the key German companies in India during these Covid times.
The VDMA Robotics + Automation Association of German Mechanical Engineering Industry Association (VDMA) organized Robotomation – Symposium for Robotic Automation trends in manufacturing on the 19th February 2021 at The Taj City Centre, Gurgaon. Despite the prevailing circumstances around the pandemic, more than 205 participants constituting mainly of the Indian Tier 1-Automotive, Tyre & Wheel Making Industry, Machine Tool, Food & Beverages and Water industry attended the prestigious event.
